ABSTRACT
12-year-old patient with history of congenitally corrected transposition of the great arteries underwent pacemaker (PM) implantation. During the procedure persistent left superior vena cava was discovered. This anatomical varation required accessive manoevouring and extented procedure time significantly, yet it has ended uncomplicated. In this paper the Authors describe the procedure and discuss difficulties met during such encouter.
